She turned film producer in 2008, with her husband, Arbaaz Khan. Their company Arbaaz Khan Productions has released its first film, Dabangg. She was seen judging India's Got Talent. She was seen as judge on the dance show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 8 on Colors.
Biography
Gorgeous Malaika was born on 23 October 1973 in Chembur, Mumbai. She is the daughter of Punjabi father, Anil Arora and a Malayali Catholic mother, Joyce Polycarp. Her father worked in the Merchant Navy. Her younger sister is Amrita Arora who is also a bollywood actress. She completed her secondary education at Swami Vivekanand School in Chembur, Mumbai. She has done her graduation from Jai Hind College, Churchgate. She lived in Borla Society, Chembur opposite Basant Talkies before starting her modeling career.
Marriage/Wedding
Malaika got married to the Bollywood actor and producer Arbaaz Khan on 12 December 1998. She met Arbaaz during a coffee ad shoot. They have a son, Arhaan. Her brother-in-laws are actors, Salman Khan and Sohail Khan, popular face in bollywood.
Early life and background
Malaika Arora Khan was born in Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Her parents divorced when she was 11 years old and the family shifted to Chembur. Her mother, Joyce Polycarp, is a Malayali Catholic and her father, Anil Arora, was a Punjabi native to the Indian border town of Fazilka. Arora worked in the Merchant Navy.[4][5][6]
She completed her secondary education at Swami Vivekanand School in Chembur. Her aunt, Grace Polycarp, was the principal of the school. She is also an alumnus of the Holy Cross High School Thane where she studied until ninth grade. She completed her college education from Jai Hind College, Churchgate. She lived in Borla Society, Chembur opposite Basant Talkies before starting her modelling career.[7]

Malaika is married to Bollywood actor-director-producer Arbaaz Khan whom she met during a coffee ad shoot. Together they have a son, Arhaan, born on 9 November 2002.Her sister is actress Amrita Arora, and her brothers-in-law are Bollywood actor Salman Khan and Bollywood actor-director-producer Sohail Khan. Her father-in-law is scriptwriter Salim Khan.

Malaika has started her career as a MTV VJ when MTV was launched in India. MTV India gave her prime time roles in their shows "Love Line" and "Style Check". She also hosted award ceremonies and concerts on the television channel. After working with MTV, Malaika entered into the modeling world and became successful in this field too. She has appeared in many advertisements and item numbers in Bollywood. "Chaiyya Chaiyya" and "Munni Badnaam Hui" are some of her amazing hits. She also appeared in the television shows like Nach Baliye, Zara Nachke Dikha. She was seen as one of the judges in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa with actress Madhuri Dixit and choreographer Remo D'Souza
